    We went here on a long weekend and the wait times were over an hour! The only good thing was that they have a wait-list which is accessible online and gives pretty accurate predictions on when you will get table as well as your spot on the list. I added myself on wait list as soon as I started driving and waited about 30 mins after reaching there. They were providing rice in small cups to customers waiting which was very nice touch. Once we got our table, we were given a number that matches our table and ordered at the counter. The staff is always smiling and pleasant. We got the ghee podi dosa with masala on the side, masala dosa and idli with mango lassi and rose milk. The dosas were super flaky and crispy, just as I like it. Sambhar, chutneys were also delicious and we quickly got a refill on those too. Once we got the table, things went pretty smooth and we had a nice dinner. Definitely recommend going here for crisp dosas and get the masala on side for overall crispiness!

    This is one of the best southern Indian restaurants I've been to in the San Jose area. Remember that there is a long wait. But the staff is super friendly and helpful to get your order ready soon. I ordered benne dosa, podi idly, filter coffee, rava kesari. This has a best ambiance with Indian flavor.

    Mylapore is one of my favorites and I have a frequent visitor ever since it opened a few months back. The food quality and taste is very consistent- it's very hard to find a place that has amazing food, no matter what dish you choose. Everything from dosas, idlis, idiyappam and kurma to their chutney and sambar is amazing. Apart from lots of vegan options, they also have vegan filter coffee which is so hard to find. And vegetarians, always go crazy for their benne (white butter) dosa. The ambience is nice, gives a great authentic vibe, the space is pretty spacious- however if you come during peak times, there are long waits. They also serve unlimited chutney, sambar. service is always super quick. Parking is easy to find. Don't forget to try and surely it's going to be one of the go-to spots. Pro tip- put yourself on waitlist through Yelp before arriving.
